PAT BOSCO
1996---meritorious service

History may not record Pat Bosco’s bowling accomplishments, nor may the bowlers of the next generation even know his name but his contributions to our game will leave their mark far into the future. In his capacity as manager of the Amos bowling alleys and the Syracuse Bowling Center in the 1950’s, he organized many leagues that are still in existence today. He was active in bringing bowling to handicapped children and worked closely teaching the children. He established the C.Y.O. bowling league with the Rev. Frank Sammons and at the Amos, he formed the first pin boys league and again spent time teaching them the fundamentals.
