He led the City League
in average with a 191 in the 1922-23 season and again in the 1923-24
season with a 192 average. He was considered one of the best anchormen
in the city. Frank was on the bowling team that represented Syracuse
in the New York State Traveling League. His high series is 722
in 1926 and a high game of 299 bowled at the Kuntschs Alley in
1925.
