He was President of the Syracuse Bowling Association during the 1940-41 season. Oscar was in the banking business and served as president of the New York State Bankers’ Bowling Association. He was very active in bringing the 1958 A.B.C. tournament to Syracuse and was co-treasurer for that tournament. Oscar was an outstanding speaker and anytime there was a bowling dinner or function, he was asked to be the main speaker.
