Jim is being honored by the Syracuse Bowling Association for his many years of service to the Association as well as his many years of serving as Secretary Treasurer of bowling leagues. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Syracuse Bowling Association for twenty-four years. He served as a Director from 1985-1993, Vice-President from 1993-1997, and during the 1997-98 season as President. He was Secretary Treasurer of the Eastwood Merchants League from 1990-1998 and is currently serving Secretary Treasurer of the Fremont Classic/Marty Piraino Classic League since 1999.
He is also one of those unique individuals who not only serves the bowlers but is also an outstanding bowler in his own right. During his career, he has bowled many 700 series, three 300 games and an 800 series. Also Jim has been on many championship teams including league and association tournaments.
