Leon was member of the championship teams in the City League from 1912 thru 1917. He was a member of the first team to represent Syracuse in the New York State Traveling League in 1914. He was on the doubles team that won the New York State League title in 1916. After the 1924 season, he was picked to the first team of the Herald All-Stars by the readers of the paper.
