Clarence served as President of the Syracuse bowling association during the 1992-93 season. He was chairman of the Bowlers Victory Legion committee of both the Syracuse Women’s’ Bowling Association and the Syracuse Bowling Association. Under his leadership, Syracuse was consistently placed in the top five in donations for the country. He has been a strong supporter of the youth bowling organizations.
