Ed Reddy was a featured sportswriter for the Syracuse Post-Standard. He has been honored both locally and nationally for his writing. The Bowling Writers Association of America gave him the Mort Luby Sr. Memorial Award for his bowling writings. In 1964, Ed was President of the Bowling Writers of America. Also Ed was a member of the A.B.C. Hall of Fame Board and the W.I.B.C. Hall of Fame selection committee.
