Louis is the fifth member of the Syracuse group that bowled for the United States in the 1929 World tournament in Sweden. He was at different times the assistant manager of the Jefferson Lanes, the Industrial Club and the Bellevue Country Club. His best bowling years were with the New Process Gear team that won many league titles and also won the New York State team title in 1944.
