Kermit Mauer
1970---outstanding performance

In 1927, at the age of 16, Kermit bowled a 723 series against S.B.A. Hall of Famers Bill Shaul and Frank Liss. He had an outstanding A.B.C. tournament career. Once he bowled an all-events score of 1922 despite starting out in his first game with 146. During the ten year period 1930-1939, he had a tournament average of 201 which was the third highest in the country. In 1933, his A& P team shot a city record of 3502.
