A member of the Syracuse Bowling Association for over fifty years, he was the President of the S.B.A. in the 1985-86 season. He was very active with the Carrier recreation program and published a weekly paper for the Carrier leagues. When the A.B.C. tournaments visited Syracuse in 1958 & 1973, Len worked with John Smorol to amass credible entries from the Carrier Corporation. During his years as a Director of the Association, Len would be found whever Association activities were directed.
