Frank has bowled on two New York State team champions, 1927 with Osage Rub and in 1938 with Markson Furniture. In 1926, he was the state singles champion with 699. He was a member of five city doubles champions. In 1928 with Andy Piraino, in 1934 with Paul Bernet, in 1936 with Anthony Ciravalo ( he bowled 300 and 738), in 1938 with Fay Bailey and in 1940 with Tony Miller. In 1940, he was the city alll-events champion.
