In 1938, he had a
682 score which led the Markson Furniture team to a team score
of 3138 which won the New York State championship. For many years
he bowled with Genesee Beer, Piel’s Beer and Markson Furniture
which won many classic league titles. Twice he finished in the
top ten in the team event of the A.B.C. tournament. In 1939, he
won the prestigious Journal-American tournament.
