Joe has served all aspects of the bowling game for over sixty years. He organized the Syracuse China League and served as its’ president for fourteen years. He was President of the Syracuse Bowling Association in the 1967-68 season. In 1971, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the American Bowling Congress and retired in 1991 as a Life Member. He was chairman of the invitation committee which saw the 1973 and 1999 A.B.C. tournaments come to Syracuse. Joe is also a member of the New York State Bowling Hall of Fame.
