Joe has been a high average bowler in Syracuse for thirty-five years. His high average was 226 and in 1994 he tied an all-time high series mark of 854. Also in 1994, he won the Herald Masters tournament as well as previously finishing third once and fourth twice. Joe finished in 24th place in only his second P.B.A. tournament.
