Steve participated in more than fifteen A.B.C. tournaments. In 1984, he was a member of the championship team in the New York State tournament, A&W Root Beer. His high average was 229 in 1990. he has been on championship teams in the City League, The Greater Syracuse League, The Post-Standard Classic League and 3-man Classic Leagues. In 1980, he paired with Butch Seymour to win the Van Wie Doubles tournament. Also Steve has three top ten finishes in the Herald Masters.
